Support and Same Day Booking
Changing NDIS providers is simpler than most people expect. The decision is yours to make at any time, and the practical side comes down to three things: a new provider with capacity to start, a notice period counted correctly, and someone making sure the two line up. That is the part we handle for you.
Our intake team reads your current service agreement, tells you the exact date you can give notice, confirms your support team and start date in writing before you send it, and takes over the paperwork from there. Your new roster is locked in first, so you always know exactly who is coming and when.
A backup worker is arranged, and you get a call every time.
The same familiar faces each week, with 96% worker retention.
We break down your plan so you always know where you stand.
A dedicated contact who knows your plan, plus 24/7 support.
Complex care and high-intensity support are what we do best.
With 50+ languages spoken, support that truly feels like home.
We confirm your new team and start date to ensure no disruption to your support
Choose the right partner, not a provider.
“I want independence, choice, and a team that knows my name”

Whether its a query about the services we provide, or just a general enquiry, we would love to hear from you!
In most cases, yes. Your start date with us is agreed in writing before you give notice, so the two line up rather than leaving you with a gap. If your funding allows an overlap, we can introduce your workers while your current service is still running so the faces are familiar on day one.
Consistency and reachability, mostly. We hold 96% support worker retention against an industry average of 78%, so you keep the same team rather than meeting someone new every fortnight. You also get a named contact and a 24/7 line answered by a real person, not a message service.
No. Before your first shift, we ask for your plans, reports, behaviour support plan and the practical things that are never written down, like how you take your coffee and which days are hard. Your workers are briefed before they arrive, not after.
Yes, this is where we are strongest. We specialise in complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA). Send us the details, and we will look for a safe way to say yes rather than a reason to say no.
We can. Changing a Supported Independent Living provider involves housemate compatibility, rostered overnight cover and funding checks, so it is handled by our SIL team rather than general intake. Placements can be arranged within 24 hours where a suitable vacancy exists.
No. You can change NDIS providers at any time without approval from the NDIA, your Local Area Coordinator or your current provider, and you do not have to give a reason. The one condition is the notice period in your current service agreement, usually two to four weeks. If your plan is NDIA-managed, your new provider must be NDIS-registered.
Your plan, budget and goals stay exactly as they are. Changing providers does not trigger a plan reassessment and does not reduce your funding. What can affect your remaining budget is ordinary spending: claims already made, outstanding invoices and any cancellation charge your agreement permits. Check the my NDIS app or portal before and after the change.
A stated support is funding locked to a specific support, and sometimes a specific provider, in your plan. If your plan names the provider, you need to ask the NDIA before switching, which can take several weeks. Most supports are not stated, so for the majority of participants no NDIA involvement is needed at all.
There is no exit fee for changing providers. A provider may be able to charge for the notice period in your service agreement if you stop services without giving that notice, under the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. That is why step one is reading your agreement, and step two is timing your notice. Ask for any proposed charge in writing.
Put your notice in writing and keep a copy, along with any reply. You are entitled to request your records, including reports, assessments and any behaviour support plan. If the provider does not respond, or you do not feel safe raising it directly, contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 or ask an advocate to act for you.
