Support and Same Day Booking
Maple is a trusted NDIS provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, personalised, and high-quality disability support throughout Campbelltown and South West Sydney.Â
We believe that exceptional support begins with genuinely understanding your unique goals, strengths, and aspirations. Whether you are seeking daily personal care, supported accommodation, or assistance to engage in local community programs, our experienced team works alongside you to ensure you receive care that respects your independence, choices, and personal lifestyle.
By building strong, meaningful relationships with participants, families, and support networks, we deliver reliable and empowering care that helps you build confidence, achieve your personal milestones, and live life on your own terms across Campbelltown.
96% support worker retention against an industry average of 78%. You get a team that knows you, not just your shift.
Specialists in complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA), including participants in other NDIS providers have declined. We look for a safe way to say yes.
Referrals acknowledged within 2 hours, an average of 5 business days from referral to service commencement, and 24-hour placement for Supported Independent Living (SIL).
80% of our workforce is from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, so we can match you to support workers on language, culture and routine, not just who happens to be available.
We build supports that fit how your days actually run, so you can live life on your terms. Here is everything we do across Campbelltown, NSW in one place.
We support people across Campbelltown living with autism, psychosocial disability, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy and more, matched with workers who understand their goals and routines.
Everyday support with personal care, routines and getting out into the community. This covers personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, gardening, transport, day programs and community participation across Campbelltown and other parts of Sydney.
Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and Short Term Accommodation (STA). We help you find a home that fits, then build the right support team inside it.
Maple provides complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) for participants with high support needs — including plans other providers have turned away. We look for a safe way to say yes, then build the clinical oversight around it.
We help you understand your plan, choose providers and keep everything moving, so your funding does what it was approved to do.
We manage the invoices, budgets and NDIA paperwork behind your plan, so you can focus on the supports rather than the admin.
We offer Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Short Term Accommodations (STA), and individual living options (ILO) across Campbelltown and other parts of Sydney.

If you’re placing a participant, here’s what you need to know up front.Â
Send us the plan and any clinical documents and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can deliver it safely and what we’d need to do so – including when the answer is no. You’ll have one named contact for the life of the placement, not a shared inbox.
Whether its a query about the services we provide, or just a general enquiry, we would love to hear from you!
The same team, as far as we can control it. Fewer than 4% of our support workers leave in a year, against a sector average of 17% to 25%, so you are not re-explaining your morning routine every fortnight. If your regular worker is away, we tell you who is covering before they arrive.
Yes, and most people do. Starting small lets you test whether the worker and the routine actually fit before you commit a bigger part of your budget. We can increase, decrease or change the mix as your plan and your life change.
Yes, and you can verify it yourself rather than taking our word for it. Our registration is listed publicly on the NDIS Commission provider register. Registration means independent audits, worker screening checks and mandatory incident reporting, obligations unregistered providers do not carry.
Yes, and you should not have to justify why. Gender, faith, prayer times, fasting and food are part of how we match, not an awkward extra request. If we cannot meet a requirement, we say so up front instead of sending someone and hoping.
Yes. We roster across evenings, weekends, public holidays, sleepovers and active overnight support, and we can usually arrange same-day bookings. Tell us what the hard parts of your week are and we build the roster around those, not around what suits us.
It depends on how your plan is managed. If the NDIA manages your funding, you must use registered providers. If you are self-managed or plan-managed, you can use either. From 1 July 2026, Supported Independent Living and NDIS digital platform providers must be registered regardless, under changes made by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Ask for a specific start date rather than “soon”, what happens when your regular worker is away, how travel and cancellations are charged, whether they can staff shifts in your language, and what notice period applies if you leave. You are allowed to meet several providers before you choose one.
Yes. Your funding follows you, not your postcode, so moving within Australia does not end your plan. Tell the NDIA your new address and tell your providers early, because some can follow you and some cannot.
Search the NDIS Commission’s public provider register or the NDIS provider finder. Registration is not a quality guarantee, but it does mean independent auditing, worker screening and mandatory incident reporting. Only registered providers can use the NDIS logo.
You make an access request by calling 1800 800 110, or by asking the Local Area Coordinator partner office at Level 6, 138 Queen Street, Campbelltown to help you. You will need evidence of a permanent, significant disability from a treating professional. The LAC service is free.
The Local Area Coordinator partner office is at Level 6, 138 Queen Street, Campbelltown, open Monday to Friday 9 am to 4:30 pm, on 1800 960 975. There is also an NDIS office at 8 to 10 Browne Street, Campbelltown. Both are free to use and can help you understand your plan.
Usually your plan does, within limits set by the NDIS Pricing Schedule, and it should be spelled out in your service agreement before you sign. Ask exactly how travel is calculated and capped, because it comes out of the same budget as your support hours.
