Who can we support?

In line with our Able with Maple vision, Maple Community Services are well-equipped to help anyone who needs assistance from an NDIS provider, no matter their disability or ability. In addition, we have extensive experience working with people with specific needs. These specialties include Mental Health Supports, complex needs clients, and clients with criminal convictions.

We also work with many clients who speak diverse languages and come from different cultural backgrounds, also known as CALD clients. In fact, 60% of our clients and 80% of our Support Workers are CALD individuals, much higher than average so you will feel welcome from the very first phone call.

What are people saying about Maple?

I appreciated all that Maple do for my participants and I have seen major improvements in their lives from the wonderful support you provide. Keep doing what you are doing please.

Support Coordinator

I am delighted with my Support Worker, she ticks all the boxes and more, and could not be happier. Thank you for taking on board my needs and wishes, and matching the profile.

The best attributes of Maple is it feels like we are getting personalised service. I feel I can contact anyone there and speak with whom I need to directly. Our requirements are met in a timely manner. Highly happy to continue dealing with Maple.

Hearing lots of positive things about Maple’s responsiveness, service quality and support ideology. I understand Maple is providing person-centred support to a number of clients I have supported over the last few years who often have had difficulty ‘fitting the mould’. Good stuff and just wanted to pass on the great things I have been hearing.

What Disability Support Services are available on the NDIS?

Maple Community Services works with the NDIS to ensure that you have the services to manage your disability needs and live your best life. The types of assistance funded by the NDIS include:

Core Supports

Any product or assistive service that helps you manage daily living tasks and support you in the process.

Capital Supports

Products or modifications that require an investment, including equipment, technology, or modifications to your home or vehicle.

Capacity Building Supports

Any products or services that help you become more independent or enhance your skills.

What can I use NDIS Funding for?

You can use NDIS Funding for various types of assistance, as well as products, investments, or services to improve your life.

Certain investments are funded by the NDIS, including home and vehicle modifications.

Additional services and products are available through NDIS to improve your life. This includes funding for better living arrangements, as well as for improving your relationships, health, learning, life choices, and daily living

A part of what we do as an NDIS provider is to assist you with locating these services and utilising your funding. NDIS providers in Sydney and throughout Australia may offer help with any or all of these services. However, at Maple, your close relationship with your Support Coordinator, Plan Manager, or Client Relations Officer adds a layer of caring above and beyond the basic support.

Who Funds Disability Services through NDIS?

Funding for the services received under the NDIS disability services from NDIS providers comes from the Federal Government together with each of the participating states and territories.

We at Maple Community Services are committed to helping you get the NDIS funding you need, gain access to support services, and aim toward a better, more independent life.

With our quick referral turnaround time of less than a week, you can receive support as soon as possible.

Are you eligible for NDIS?

We have created a simple NDIS checklist that outlines the eligibility criteria necessary for individuals seeking NDIS support.
