Compassionate, NDIS-funded personal care services to support your daily routines, hygiene, mobility, and independence at home.
We are a NDIS personal care provider who specialise in care for disabled adults.Â
Personal Care is fundamental to your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It includes eating and drinking well, daily hygiene including bathing and oral care, regular bowel and bladder functions, and much more. While we may take these personal care tasks for granted, people living with disabilities may not have the ability to perform these to keep themselves looking and feeling good. Whether you or your loved one experiences a disability, there are ample support services available with funding from the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to ensure you live your life to the fullest.

Some participants require assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, or other self-care routines. Our Support Workers provide respectful support tailored to each person’s preferences, abilities, and level of assistance required.
Moving safely during personal care may require additional assistance. We support participants with mobility and transfers in line with their individual support needs, helping make daily care safer and more comfortable.
Some participants need personal care assistance at different points throughout the day. We provide consistent support built around established routines, preferences, and individual care requirements.
Needing hands-on assistance shouldn’t mean losing control over your personal routines. We listen to how participants prefer to be supported and respect their choices, boundaries, and independence.
Providing ongoing personal care can place significant responsibilities on families and carers. Our Support Workers provide reliable assistance while respecting the participant’s dignity, privacy, established routines, and individual preferences.

There are many factors that the NDIS considers before deciding on your available funding. The support service needs to be reasonable and necessary to help you achieve your goals, purpose, and aspirations. Personal Care Supports are considered by the degree to which they maximise independence and functional skills of the participant or whether alternative arrangement or supports could be met in a less intrusive manner. If aids and equipment with the provision of training are possible alternatives, they may be used to increase your independence. The specifics of your NDIS Plan will determine how you can use the available funds. If you’re not sure if your needs fall under this category, we can help you clarify with the NDIA exactly what is and isn’t covered under your personalised plan.
Yes. We understand that trust and comfort are especially important when receiving Personal Care. We take the time to understand your preferences, communication needs, routines, and how you prefer your support to be provided.
Wherever possible, we prioritise consistency so participants can build trust with Support Workers who understand their routines and preferences. This can also reduce the need to repeatedly explain how you like your Personal Care provided.
Yes. Personal Care needs can occur throughout the day, from morning routines to evening support. We work with participants and their support networks to arrange assistance around their individual routines and approved supports.
Our Support Workers provide Personal Care with respect, discretion, and sensitivity. We listen to each participant’s preferences and boundaries while supporting their privacy, dignity, choice, and control throughout their personal care routines.
Personal Care support provides assistance with everyday self-care activities that a participant may find difficult to complete independently. This can include showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and other personal routines.
The NDIS may fund Personal Care when assistance is related to a participant’s disability and meets NDIS funding criteria. The type and amount of support available will depend on the participant’s individual needs, goals, and approved NDIS plan.
Personal Care focuses specifically on hands-on assistance with self-care, hygiene, dressing, toileting, and similar personal routines. Personal Activities can cover broader assistance with managing and completing everyday activities and commitments.
Yes. Depending on a participant’s support needs and NDIS plan, Personal Care may be provided during morning routines, throughout the day, or in the evening. The timing of support will depend on the participant’s individual circumstances and routine.
Participants should have choice and control over how their supports are delivered. This includes communicating preferences about personal routines, how assistance is provided, and other factors that help them feel comfortable, respected, and involved in their care.
People living with disabilities have varying levels of physical, mental, and emotional functions depending on the nature of their disability and these can have a drastic impact on the tasks they’re able to carry out on a regular basis. Nonetheless, there are some tasks that are absolutely essential to preserving our health and ensuring we can live full lives. Among these, Personal Care functions are a bare necessity that lays the groundwork for how we can perform in all other aspects of our lives. If you or a loved one is living with a disability, chances are there are certain everyday activities that can be infeasible. Eating well, performing personal hygiene, getting dressed, and using the restroom all contribute to an individual’s senses of self and dignity.
