Support and Same Day Booking

Your Trusted NDIS Provider in Perth

We listen first, then build a support team around your goals, your culture and how your days actually run.

We are a registered NDIS provider working right across Perth, covering everyday support with personal care and routines (Core Supports), high-intensity and complex care (HIDPA), supported living and short stays (SIL and STA), support coordination and plan management.

With Maple, you get matched with someone who understands your language, your traditions and your routine, and who is still there in six months.

Why Choose Maple as your NDIS Provider

We provide consistent support

96% support worker retention against an industry average of 78%. You get a team that knows you, not just your shift.

We say yes to complex needs

Specialists in complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA), including participants in other NDIS providers have declined. We look for a safe way to say yes.

We respond quickly

Referrals acknowledged within 2 hours, an average of 5 business days from referral to service commencement, and 24-hour placement for Supported Independent Living (SIL).

We speak your language

80% of our workforce is from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, so we can match you to support workers on language, culture and routine, not just who happens to be available.

What our Clients Are Saying

Our NDIS Services in Perth

We build supports that fit how your days actually run, so you can live life on your terms. Here is everything we do across Perth, in one place.

Disability Support Services

We support people across Perth living with autism, psychosocial disability, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy and more, matched with workers who understand their goals and routines.

Core supports

Everyday support with personal care, routines and getting out into the community. This covers personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, gardening, transport, day programs and community participation across Perth.

Housing and accommodation

Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and Short Term Accommodation (STA). We help you find a home that fits, then build the right support team inside it.

Complex care

Maple provides complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) for participants with high support needs — including plans other providers have turned away. We look for a safe way to say yes, then build the clinical oversight around it.

Support coordination

We help you understand your plan, choose providers and keep everything moving, so your funding does what it was approved to do.

Plan management

We manage the invoices, budgets and NDIA paperwork behind your plan, so you can focus on the supports rather than the admin.

    Your Questions, Answered

We match on language, culture, routine and interests, not just who happens to be available. Around 80% of our support workers come from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and we speak more than 50 languages between us. If the match is not right, tell us, and we will change it.

You can, and many participants do. We will be upfront with you about it, and you are always free to use a different plan manager. Your funding and your choice of providers stay yours, whatever you decide.

We cover from within your existing team wherever we can, so the person who arrives already knows your routine. If that is not possible, we will call you first, not send someone unannounced.

Yes. Hospital and rehab discharges are a big part of what we do. Send us the discharge plan and any clinical documents, and we will tell you honestly what we can put in place and how quickly, including when the answer is no.

Yes. Complex psychosocial needs, behaviours of concern and justice involvement are areas we specialise in, with clinical guidance and risk planning built around the support. We look for a safe way to say yes.

A service agreement should set out the supports being delivered, the price for each support item, how often they happen, the notice period for ending the agreement, the cancellation terms, and how to make a complaint. You are entitled to read it before you sign, and to take it away first.

Your plan travels with you, but the provider market thins out quickly outside the metro area. Some WA regions, including the Kimberley, Pilbara, Midwest-Gascoyne, Outer Wheatbelt and Goldfields-Esperance, have no partner organisation and are planned directly by the NDIA. It is worth lining up supports before you move rather than after.

Your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) is your main contact with the NDIS itself. They help you understand and use your plan, and they are paid by the NDIA, not by you. A provider is who you spend your funding with. Your LAC cannot deliver your supports, and your provider cannot change your plan.

Yes. Most participants use several. You might have one provider for daily support, another for therapy and a separate plan manager. Each one needs its own service agreement, and nobody can require you to use them exclusively.

It depends on the support. Everyday supports can start within days once documents and staffing are sorted. Supported Independent Living usually takes longer, because it involves assessments, funding checks, housemate compatibility and an available home.
