Support and Same Day Booking
We support participants, families, support coordinators and Local Area Coordinators right across Liverpool and the wider South West, with Supported Independent Living homes in the area and support workers who live locally.
Â
Our supports cover everyday personal care and daily living (Core Supports), community access and transport, complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA), Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Short Term Accommodation (STA), support coordination and plan management.
Â
Two things make the difference day to day. We match your team on language, culture and routine before we look at who’s free, and we keep that team together.
96% support worker retention against an industry average of 78%. You get a team that knows you, not just your shift.
Specialists in complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA), including participants in other NDIS providers have declined. We look for a safe way to say yes.
Referrals acknowledged within 2 hours, an average of 5 business days from referral to service commencement, and 24-hour placement for Supported Independent Living (SIL).
80% of our workforce is from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, so we can match you to support workers on language, culture and routine, not just who happens to be available.
We build supports that fit how your days actually run, so you can live life on your terms. Here is everything we do across Liverpool, NSW in one place.
We support people across Liverpool living with autism, psychosocial disability, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy and more, matched with workers who understand their goals and routines.
Everyday support with personal care, routines and getting out into the community. This covers personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, gardening, transport, day programs and community participation across Liverpool and other parts of Sydney.
Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and Short Term Accommodation (STA). We help you find a home that fits, then build the right support team inside it.
Maple provides complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) for participants with high support needs — including plans other providers have turned away. We look for a safe way to say yes, then build the clinical oversight around it.
We help you understand your plan, choose providers and keep everything moving, so your funding does what it was approved to do.
We manage the invoices, budgets and NDIA paperwork behind your plan, so you can focus on the supports rather than the admin.
Our SIL, SDA, and STA vacancies span shared homes and individual options across Brisbane, regional Queensland and other parts of Australia, including a four-bedroom SIL home at Chermside West.

If you’re placing a participant, here’s what you need to know up front.Â
Send us the plan and any clinical documents and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can deliver it safely and what we’d need to do so – including when the answer is no. You’ll have one named contact for the life of the placement, not a shared inbox.
Whether its a query about the services we provide, or just a general enquiry, we would love to hear from you!
Yes. You choose who’s on your team, and we’ll work alongside whoever is already there. We’ll join case conferences, send progress updates and follow clinical recommendations from your occupational therapist, psychologist or behaviour support practitioner. Nothing about coming to Maple requires you to drop people who are already working well for you.
We support the household, not just the plan. Short Term Accommodation (STA) and respite, regular in-home shifts and overnight support all exist so carers can sleep, work or go to a hospital appointment of their own. Tell us what a hard week looks like in your house, and we will build the roster around that.
Yes, where transport is funded in your plan. Our support workers can drive you to medical appointments, therapy, day programs, work, study or the shops, and we have accessible vehicles available. We will confirm how transport and worker travel are charged in your service agreement before any of it starts.
Yes. School leavers are one of the biggest transitions we help with, moving from a school routine into community access, skill building, work experience and, where it is funded, more independent living. We work alongside schools, families and Local Area Coordinators so the plan is ready before the last term ends, not after.
We rebuild the support model around the funding you actually have, and we tell you early if what you want is not affordable. Our support coordination and plan management teams help you prepare evidence for a reassessment, and if your needs increase mid-plan, we can help you request a plan change rather than quietly stretching hours.
Ask what their support worker turnover is, whether you can meet workers before they start, how travel and cancellations are charged, who your point of contact is, and what happens when your regular worker is away. Ask for a written service agreement before you commit, and take it away to read.
Start with the Provider Finder on the NDIS website or in the myplace portal, which lets you filter by postcode and support type. Your Local Area Coordinator or support coordinator can also shortlist providers for you. Beyond that, ask other participants and local disability groups, since word of mouth tends to surface the reliable ones faster than a directory does.
No. Nothing in the NDIS ties you to a provider with a Liverpool address. What matters is whether they have workers who can reliably get to you and whether travel time is agreed in your service agreement before supports start. A provider based elsewhere in South West Sydney can be just as local in practice.
Yes, and it costs you nothing. The NDIA provides free interpreting for planning meetings and NDIS-funded supports through the Translating and Interpreting Service, on 131 450. You can also ask for plan documents in your language, and ask any provider whether they can staff your shifts in that language rather than relying on a phone interpreter every time.
A registered provider has been audited against the NDIS Practice Standards and is monitored by the NDIS Commission. An unregistered provider hasn’t been through that process, which doesn’t automatically mean lower quality, but it does mean less external oversight. NDIA-managed participants can only use registered providers.
