Support and Same Day Booking
We deliver local, culturally matched NDIS care across Melbourne by taking the time to understand your household, cut through the NDIS jargon, and connect you with support workers who truly get your week.Â
Our services span comprehensive core supports, complex HIDPA, SIL, and STA, alongside strategic Support Coordination and Plan Management.Â
Because we are fully registered, we can work seamlessly with NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants alike.
96% support worker retention against an industry average of 78%. You get a team that knows you, not just your shift.
Specialists in complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA), including participants in other NDIS providers have declined. We look for a safe way to say yes.
Referrals acknowledged within 2 hours, an average of 5 business days from referral to service commencement, and 24-hour placement for Supported Independent Living (SIL).
80% of our workforce is from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, so we can match you to support workers on language, culture and routine, not just who happens to be available.
We build supports that fit how your days actually run, so you can live life on your terms. Here is everything we do across Melbourne, in one place.
We support people across Melbourne living with autism, psychosocial disability, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy and more, matched with workers who understand their goals and routines.
Everyday support with personal care, routines and getting out into the community. This covers personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, gardening, transport, day programs and community participation across Melbourne.
Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and Short Term Accommodation (STA). We help you find a home that fits, then build the right support team inside it.
Maple provides complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) for participants with high support needs — including plans other providers have turned away. We look for a safe way to say yes, then build the clinical oversight around it.
We help you understand your plan, choose providers and keep everything moving, so your funding does what it was approved to do.
We manage the invoices, budgets and NDIA paperwork behind your plan, so you can focus on the supports rather than the admin.
Our SIL, SDA, and STA vacancies span shared homes and individual options across Melbourne, regional Victoria and other parts of Australia.

If you’re placing a participant, here’s what you need to know up front.Â
Send us the plan and any clinical documents and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can deliver it safely and what we’d need to do so – including when the answer is no. You’ll have one named contact for the life of the placement, not a shared inbox.
Whether its a query about the services we provide, or just a general enquiry, we would love to hear from you!
Yes. Maple is a registered NDIS provider, which you can verify on the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission website.
Yes. We work with NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed plans. Because we are registered, you are not limited by how your plan is managed, and if your plan changes management type midway through, your supports and your support workers stay exactly as they are.
Often, yes. High support needs, behaviours of concern and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) are the plans we are built for. Send us the plan and any clinical documents and we will tell you honestly whether we can deliver it safely, and what we would need to do so.
Yes, and we plan for it rather than treating it as a bonus. Around 80% of our workforce comes from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and we speak more than 50 languages between us, so we match on language, culture and routine, not just who is free that week.
We acknowledge every referral within two hours during business hours, and our average is five business days from referral to first shift. Supported Independent Living placements can move within 24 hours where a suitable vacancy exists.
Both. Alongside Core Supports delivered in your own home, we provide Supported Independent Living in Melbourne, Deer Park and Ballarat, plus Short Term Accommodation. Tell us the suburbs that suit you and we’ll tell you what’s open now and what’s coming up.
Start with the provider finder in the myplace participant portal, then cross-check candidates against the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission register. Your support coordinator or local area coordinator can also refer you directly. Shortlist on the supports you actually need, availability in your suburb, and how fast the provider can start.
Search the provider register on the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission website, which lists each provider’s registration status, expiry date and approved registration groups. Registration is granted by support category, so a provider registered for household tasks is not automatically registered for Specialist Disability Accommodation. Check the category you need, not just the provider’s name.
Registered providers are audited against the NDIS Practice Standards and overseen by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Unregistered providers are not subject to that audit process, cannot be paid from NDIA-managed funding, and cannot deliver certain supports, including plan management and specialist behaviour support.
Yes. You can split your supports across as many providers as you like, one for personal care, another for support coordination, another for therapy. You do not need NDIA permission to do it. Just make sure each service agreement is clear about which supports and which budget it draws from, so nothing is double-claimed.
Your NDIS plan and funding move with you. The scheme is national, so nothing lapses when you change address. Update your details with the NDIA, then check whether your current provider services your new area. If they do not, you can change providers at any time without NDIA approval.
You can change providers at any time and you don’t need NDIA approval. Check the notice period in your current service agreement – commonly two to four weeks – then line up your new provider’s start date before you give notice, so the two overlap rather than leaving a gap. Your funding stays with you; only who delivers the support changes.
