Your Trusted NDIS Provider in Parramatta

We build your team around language, culture and routine first, then fill the roster. Around 80% of our support workers come from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, and we speak more than 50 languages between us.

We work with participants, families, support coordinators and Local Area Coordinators across the Parramatta and Cumberland areas. Our supports cover everyday personal care and daily living (Core Supports), community access, complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA), Supported Independent Living (SIL), support coordination and plan management.

Why Choose Maple as your NDIS Provider

We provide consistent support

96% support worker retention against an industry average of 78%. You get a team that knows you, not just your shift.

We say yes to complex needs

Specialists in complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA), including participants in other NDIS providers have declined. We look for a safe way to say yes.

We respond quickly

Referrals acknowledged within 2 hours, an average of 5 business days from referral to service commencement, and 24-hour placement for Supported Independent Living (SIL).

We speak your language

80% of our workforce is from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, so we can match you to support workers on language, culture and routine, not just who happens to be available.

Support coordination

We help you understand your plan, choose providers and keep everything moving, so your funding does what it was approved to do.

Enquire Today

Whether its a query about the services we provide, or just a general enquiry, we would love to hear from you!

    Your Questions, Answered

Yes. We are registered for High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA), and our workers are trained and reassessed against the NDIS Commission’s high intensity support skills descriptors. That covers complex bowel care, enteral feeding, dysphagia, urinary catheter, tracheostomy, ventilator, subcutaneous injections, complex wound care and epilepsy support.

Check the notice period in your current service agreement, then talk to us about a start date. We can run alongside your existing provider during the changeover so there is no gap in your supports, and we will handle the paperwork with your plan manager or support coordinator.

You hear from a person quickly. We acknowledge every referral within two business hours, review the plan and clinical documents, and come back with a straight answer on what we can deliver safely. Our average from referral to first shift is five business days, and your coordinator gets one named contact rather than a shared inbox.

Often, yes. We work with discharge planners and hospital social workers across western Sydney, including Westmead, and can build a support plan around the clinical handover. Send us the discharge summary early, and we will tell you what we can have in place and by when.

Yes, through Short Term Accommodation (STA). It gives you or the person you care for a break, whether that’s a weekend or a longer stay, with support in place the whole time. Tell us the dates you’re working towards, and we’ll let you know what’s available.

Yes, and we’d encourage it. We shortlist workers we think fit your language, culture and routine, then arrange a meet and greet before anything is locked in. If the fit isn’t right, you say so, and we go back to the list. You’re choosing someone to come into your home, so it should feel like your decision.

Yes. You can change provider at any time, and you do not need the NDIA’s permission. Check your service agreement for the notice period first, since that is what determines the timing and any cancellation charges. Many people run the old and new provider side by side for a short handover.

High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) covers higher-risk supports such as complex bowel care, enteral feeding, dysphagia, catheter care, tracheostomy, ventilator support and seizure support. Providers delivering these must meet Module 1 of the NDIS Practice Standards and train workers against the Commission’s high intensity support skills descriptors. Ask any provider to confirm their Module 1 registration.

No. Nothing in the NDIS ties you to a provider with a Parramatta address. What matters is whether they have workers who can reliably reach you, and whether travel time is agreed in your service agreement before supports start. A provider based nearby in western Sydney can be just as local in practice.

Yes. Many people use one provider for daily supports, another for therapy and a third for plan management. Your plan budget is what limits you, not the number of providers. Just make sure each service agreement is clear about what that provider is delivering, so you are not paying twice for the same support.

Your funding moves with you, because NDIS plans are not tied to an address. What can change is which workers are available and how travel is charged. If you are planning a move, tell your provider early so the roster and travel arrangements can be rebuilt before you go, rather than after.
