Support and Same Day Booking

Your Trusted NDIS Provider in Blacktown

We work with participants, families and support coordinators across Blacktown, NSW to build supports that are steady, practical and easy to keep track of.

Our services span personal care and daily living, community access, complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities, supported independent living, support coordination and plan management, delivered by workers matched to your language, culture and routine.

Consistency is the point. A local team, low staff turnover and one contact who knows your plan means less repeating yourself and fewer gaps in support.

Why Choose Maple as your NDIS Provider

We provide consistent support

96% support worker retention against an industry average of 78%. You get a team that knows you, not just your shift.

We say yes to complex needs

Specialists in complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA), including participants in other NDIS providers have declined. We look for a safe way to say yes.

We respond quickly

Referrals acknowledged within 2 hours, an average of 5 business days from referral to service commencement, and 24-hour placement for Supported Independent Living (SIL).

We speak your language

80% of our workforce is from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, so we can match you to support workers on language, culture and routine, not just who happens to be available.

What our Clients Are Saying

Disability Support Services

We support people across Blacktown living with autism, psychosocial disability, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy and more, matched with workers who understand their goals and routines.

Core supports

Everyday support with personal care, routines and getting out into the community. This covers personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, gardening, transport, day programs and community participation across Blacktown and other parts of Sydney.

Housing and accommodation

Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and Short Term Accommodation (STA). We help you find a home that fits, then build the right support team inside it.

Complex care

Maple provides complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) for participants with high support needs — including plans other providers have turned away. We look for a safe way to say yes, then build the clinical oversight around it.

Support coordination

We help you understand your plan, choose providers and keep everything moving, so your funding does what it was approved to do.

Plan management

We manage the invoices, budgets and NDIA paperwork behind your plan, so you can focus on the supports rather than the admin.

    Your Questions, Answered

Often, yes. Complex care, High Intensity Daily Personal Activities and behaviours of concern are areas we specialise in. Send us the plan and any clinical documents, and we’ll look for a safe way to say yes, with the clinical oversight built around it.

Usually, yes. Around 80% of our support workers come from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and we speak more than 50 languages between us, including Punjabi, Hindi, Tagalog and Arabic. Tell us the language, the culture and the routine, and we will match on all three.

We acknowledge referrals within two business hours, and our average from referral to first shift is five business days. Where a suitable SIL vacancy exists, placement can happen within 24 hours. If we cannot meet your timeframe, we will tell you that instead of putting you on a waitlist.

Yes. We support participants across age groups in Blacktown, including school-aged children and young adults moving into independence. Supports are built around school, family and routine rather than a fixed program, and we match workers accordingly.

Yes, including sleepovers and active overnight support. Blacktown participants can reach a real person any hour, not just business hours, and we roster around when you actually need support rather than when it’s easiest to staff.

Search the provider on the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission website. The register shows registration status, the registration period and the classes of support they are approved to deliver. If a provider cannot point you to their record, treat that as an answer.

Yes. If your plan is NDIA-managed, you must use registered providers. If you are plan-managed or self-managed, you can use registered or unregistered providers, which widens your options but puts more of the checking on you.

It depends on the support type and what your service agreement says. Short-notice windows currently sit at two clear business days for some supports and seven days for others, and a provider can claim up to the full fee inside that window. Your agreement must spell this out before you sign.

No. You can contact providers directly and set up services yourself. A support coordinator helps if your plan is complex, you are juggling several providers, or you simply do not want to manage it. Support coordination has to be funded in your plan to use it.

In many cases, yes. Providers can claim a capped amount of worker travel time under the NDIS pricing arrangements, but only where it is agreed in your service agreement first. Ask any provider to show you how travel will be charged before supports start, especially across a large LGA like Blacktown.
