Support and Same Day Booking

Your Trusted NDIS Provider in Brisbane

Support works best when it’s built on trust and familiarity, which is exactly why Maple builds you a small, consistent team and keeps it together.

We’re a registered NDIS provider delivering Core Supports, complex care and HIDPA, SIL and STA, Support Coordination and Plan Management right across Greater Brisbane.

Our team comes from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, so the person who learns your routine is still there in six months, and they speak your language.

Why Choose Maple as your NDIS Provider

We provide consistent support

96% support worker retention against an industry average of 78%. You get a team that knows you, not just your shift.

We say yes to complex needs

Specialists in complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA), including participants in other NDIS providers have declined. We look for a safe way to say yes.

We respond quickly

Referrals acknowledged within 2 hours, an average of 5 business days from referral to service commencement, and 24-hour placement for Supported Independent Living (SIL).

We speak your language

80% of our workforce is from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, so we can match you to support workers on language, culture and routine, not just who happens to be available.

What our Clients Are Saying

Our NDIS Services in Brisbane

We build supports that fit how your days actually run, so you can live life on your terms. Here is everything we do across Brisbane, in one place.

Disability Support Services

We support people across Brisbane living with autism, psychosocial disability, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy and more, matched with workers who understand their goals and routines.

Core supports

Everyday support with personal care, routines and getting out into the community. This covers personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, gardening, transport, day programs and community participation across Brisbane.

Housing and accommodation

Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and Short Term Accommodation (STA). We help you find a home that fits, then build the right support team inside it.

Complex care

Maple provides complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) for participants with high support needs — including plans other providers have turned away. We look for a safe way to say yes, then build the clinical oversight around it.

Support coordination

We help you understand your plan, choose providers and keep everything moving, so your funding does what it was approved to do.

Plan management

We manage the invoices, budgets and NDIA paperwork behind your plan, so you can focus on the supports rather than the admin.

  • SIL placements can move inside 24 hours where a suitable vacancy exists.

Send us the plan and any clinical documents and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can deliver it safely and what we’d need to do so – including when the answer is no. You’ll have one named contact for the life of the placement, not a shared inbox.

Whether its a query about the services we provide, or just a general enquiry, we would love to hear from you!

    Your Questions, Answered

Often, yes. Complex care, behaviours of concern and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) are core business for us, not an exception. Send the plan and clinical documents, and we will come back within two business hours with a straight answer and what we would need in place to deliver it safely.

We acknowledge every referral within two hours during business hours, and average five business days from referral to first shift. Where a suitable SIL vacancy exists, placement can move inside 24 hours.

Autism, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability, acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, Parkinson’s, stroke recovery and more. If your condition isn’t listed, ask whether we can support you safely, not whether you fit a category.

Yes, including active overnight, sleepover and 24/7 rostered support in your own home or in one of our Supported Independent Living homes. Complex care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities are delivered with clinical oversight built in.

Yes. Our Queensland footprint covers Greater Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay and the Redlands, plus the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Townsville and Cairns. Same team, same standards, no handover to a franchise.

A registered NDIS provider is an organisation approved by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission to deliver funded supports. Maple Community Services is registered to deliver Core Supports, complex care, Supported Independent Living, Support Coordination and Plan Management across Greater Brisbane.

No. You can approach providers yourself, and many participants do. A support coordinator helps if your situation is complex, you’re comparing several providers, or you want someone independent managing the relationships. Support coordination has to be funded in your plan to use it.

Check the notice period in your service agreement, give written notice, and confirm a start date with the new provider before the old one finishes. You do not need NDIA approval to switch. Where you can, overlap the last week of the old service with the first week of the new one so nothing drops out.

No. Self-managed participants can use unregistered providers. But registration means the provider has been audited against the NDIS Practice Standards, and some supports, including plan management and specialist behaviour support, can only be delivered by a registered provider regardless of how your plan is managed.

Under the NDIS Price Guide, providers can charge up to 100% of the fee for cancellations made within two business days. Check the cancellation terms in your service agreement before you sign, and confirm how your provider defines short notice.

The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission handles complaints about registered and unregistered providers nationally, including in Queensland. You can also raise it with the provider directly first — registered providers are required to have a complaints process and to tell you how to use it.
