At Maple, we proudly serve a vibrant and diverse clientele, with 60% of our clients and 80% of our Support Workers hailing from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds with 50 languages spoken collectively.

Our extensive network of Support Workers across Sydney (and broader NSW), Melbourne (and broader Victoria) and Perth (and broader WA) provides us with a deeper understanding of the local communities. This local insight is crucial in effectively meeting your client's goals, tailored to the unique cultural context of each area.

Transparent Communication

Maple maintains open and transparent communication with Support Coordinators, participants, and their families, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the support process. We take this approach because we believe that cultivating trust among our partners is crucial to ensuring that our services are aligned with the participant's needs and goals.

Support Coordinators can choose to subscribe to our reporting service, which delivers a comprehensive monthly report detailing your client's progress. Should an incident occur during time with your client, we ensure that a copy of the incident report is promptly sent over to you.

What do our NDIS participants say about Maple?

We love getting feedback from our clients and sharing their incredible stories. So instead of us telling you why you should choose Maple, we thought you might like to hear from them:

Mojtaba and Danyal

Mojtaba joined Maple Community Services in 2019, seeking a support network that could provide him with meaningful assistance on his NDIS journey. Maple's support workers, like Danyal, are dedicated to not only meeting but exceeding the goals set by their clients. Together, Mojtaba and Danyal have successfully achieved several NDIS milestones, with plans to accomplish even more in the future.

Peter’s story is an inspiring one because he has found a service provider, Maple, that meets his needs and helps him live a happier and more satisfying life.

Peter, Blacktown, LGA

Since joining Maple in July 2022, Peter has noticed a significant improvement in his mental health and well-being. He says that Maple has been the best service provider for him because they communicate well and deliver quality supports. Peter appreciates that he always knows who is coming to support him and when they are coming. He says that this reduces his stress and anxiety levels and makes him feel more confident and happier.

Peter enjoys the company of his support workers from Maple. He says that they are very friendly and compatible with him and that they make him laugh and have fun. He was also incredibly happy that two of the support workers that were supporting him were Support Workers of the Month, Sania Saeed and King Ng whilst admiring another favourite, Rhianna Alpuerto. He is grateful for the positive impact that Maple has had on his life and hopes to inspire others with his film and blog.

Jonathan and Naqash

Jonathan’s time at Maple Community Services has been transformative, with the provision of Accommodation/SIL and Core Supports perfectly aligning with his needs. His collaboration with his support worker Naqash has not only helped him achieve his NDIS goals but also enabled him to live independently and reconnect with his father after 22 years.

Maple has been a lifesaver for Peggy. Her best friend and half-sister set up her NDIS support with Maple. Since then, Peggy’s life has changed for the better.

Peggy, Windsor

Maple listens to Peggy and meets her special needs whenever she contacts them. Peggy’s support workers take her out three days a week to do errands, go to appointments, and keep her house tidy. Moreover, Peggy’s support workers are curious about her culture and ask her questions about her background. Peggy likes this attention to her Irish and Scottish ancestry, and it makes her feel closer to her roots.

Maple has been an instrumental support system for Peggy May McDuff, a CALD individual with disabilities. Peggy’s experience demonstrates the importance of understanding and embracing diversity in our society. Maple has enabled Peggy to access the community, run errands and appointments, and keep her house organised. Peggy’s story also highlights the significance of showing interest and respect for an individual’s culture and heritage. By doing so, we can create an inclusive and welcoming society for all.

Jeffrey's days are brightened by Maple's dedicated outings, picking him up for special 'Jeffrey time' and treating him to his favourite coffee and cake at the café.

Karissa’s relationship with Maple has been signified by a sense of compassion, empathy, and acceptance that she believes is lacking in society in general.
