Supporting those with a disability get access to allied health Services.

Maple Community Services is extremely proud to announce a new long-term partnership with physiotherapy and allied health professionals, Pro-Form Physiotherapy. An industry leader in its field, this partnership will enable the Maple Community and individuals in the disability space to get access to trusted allied health services across New South Wales. Mutually, this partnership also looks to provide the community of Pro-Form Physiotherapy with access to reliable and first class NDIS Disability Supports through Maple Community Services esteemed experience and network.

Pro-Form Physiotherapy is a holistic health and wellness studio that was founded in the heart of Western Sydney, that has worked successfully with thousands of patients to improve general mobility. Pro-Form Physiotherapy innovatively redefines the way people receive health care by restoring health with therapy, reprograming the nervous system through movement, and rebuilding the body through a comprehensive holistic approach.

Here at Maple, we are excited and motivated about the formation of this partnership and what it means to our Maple community. Many people with a disability have told us of their challenges in finding the right physiotherapy and broader allied care, along with the need for support in attending such care so this is an immensely important partnership that will support the Maple community in New South Wales greatly”.

The partnership also serves as a vital extension to the services provided by Pro-Form Physiotherapy. Many people who have a disability have been discouraged from seeking much needed physiotherapy or other allied health services because of the severe lack of support provided to help them attend, support them through the session and ensure all relevant information on a condition can be properly supplied prior to treatment.  By partnering with Maple, the team at Pro-Form Physiotherapy will get access to highly credible and trained community support workers to ensure clients get the vital services required.
