The goal of this audit is to identify and recommend improvements that will enhance accessibility across all aspects of Marvel Stadium. From physical infrastructure to digital platforms and ticketing systems, Maple is committed to ensuring that every visitor has a seamless and inclusive experience.
We are assessing the stadium's infrastructure, including entrances, seating areas, restrooms, and parking, to identify any barriers for individuals with disabilities and recommend necessary upgrades.
Our team is reviewing Marvel Stadium's websites and social media platforms to ensure they meet digital accessibility standards, making it easier for everyone to access information and engage with content online.
We are evaluating the ticket purchasing process to identify any challenges faced by people with disabilities and suggesting improvements to make ticketing more inclusive and user-friendly.
Maple is also reviewing current staff training programs to enhance disability awareness and inclusion, ensuring that all visitors receive the support they need.
We believe that community feedback is essential to the success of this audit. Maple is actively seeking input from individuals with disabilities, Marvel Stadium attendees, and other stakeholders to ensure that our recommendations reflect the real needs of the community. We encourage you to get involved in the consultation process by sharing your experiences and suggestions.
Provide Feedback: We invite you to share your experiences and suggestions for improving accessibility at Marvel Stadium. Your input will directly influence the recommendations we make.
